Mike Chapman, CEO
Mike Chapman is CEO of Kistler Financial Insurance Group, Inc. Mike graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance and joined Kistler in 1977. He was named President in 1991 and CEO in 1992. Mike has guided the growth of the company from its roots as a southeastern regional service provider to now commanding a national presence.

Mark Hughley, Executive Vice President
Mark Hughley is Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kistler Financial. He joined Kistler in 2006 and is responsible for the company’s National Sales Team and oversight of its Marketing and Product Development. Prior to joining Kistler, Mark held several executive positions at Balboa Insurance and Assurant Solutions. Mark attended Eastern Washington University.

John Boik, Controller
John Boik joined the company in 2008. He brings over 25 years of financial experience from various retail, service, and banking companies to the accounting and finance side of the business. Experienced in automated accounting systems, he earned a BA in Finance from Michigan State University. John is also a published author with McGraw-Hill, with three finance books on stock market research available in six foreign languages.

Rick Hutton, Director of IT
Rick Hutton is the Director of IT at Kistler and has worked with the company for 10 years specializing in Financial and Insurance Systems. Prior to Kistler, Rick worked for two different Fortune 500 companies. He has his Bachelors in Mathematics from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Tracy Ward, Executive Client Relationship Manager
With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage and insurance services industry Tracy's expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including loan servicing and system development. Prior to joining Kistler Financial Insurance Group, she served as an Executive Account Manager and Operations Manager for several major insurance and residential real estate services providers.
